Council will being the regular Council meeting and then move into a Public Hearing to adopt the proposed final draft of its Comprehensive Plan (Plan) Amendments and to also amend the Plan to include the Northside Fire Department’s Impact Fees (Impact Fees). This Public Hearing will also include a proposed ordinance adopting the impact Fees and Amended Fee Schedule. Once the Public Hearing is completed Council will move back into its regular meeting and will adopt the proposed Resolutions associated to the Impact Fees.
