Community Comes Together for Habitat Lot Cleanup
On Sunday, June 14, community members came together for a volunteer cleanup event that showcased the power of teamwork and local involvement.
Volunteers from Cedar Hills Church, Mayor David Sundquist, and local residents worked side by side to clean up a vacant Habitat lot, transforming the space through several hours of hard work and dedication.
The event was more than just a cleanup effort. It served as a reminder of how much can be accomplished when neighbors come together to support one another and invest in their community.
To celebrate a successful day, volunteers gathered afterward for a potluck meal and enjoyed sandwiches generously donated by Mr. Subs.
Small actions create big impact, and this event was a wonderful example of community spirit in action.
